Arrival and departure
The apartment is available from 13.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00 on the day of departure..
If you are arriving by bus, we can pick you up from the bus stop in Ortisei.

Payment
We consider the booking to be binding once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay.
We prefer to receive the balance in cash or by bank transfer. You can also pay by credit card.

Local tax
According to the government law of 14/01/2013, a local tax (tourist tax) has been introduced in South Tyrol as of 01 January 2014.
The local tax does not benefit the businesses, but is collected by them. This tax is not included in the price.
The tax is € 2,90 per person (14 years and older) per night and is payable on departure.
Cancellation policy
- It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance in case of unexpected events before your trip. In case of late arrival, no-show or early departure, cancellation fees may be charged according to EU standards.
- As required by the Consumers' Association, the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellation policy: From 2 months to 1 month prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. From 1 month to the day before arrival, or in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged.
