Upon request and for an additional charge, we offer a fresh bread service, fresh eggs from our hens, fresh farm milk, bread and coffee as well as tasty homemade jams and syrups.

Arrival and departure
The apartment will be available from 1.00 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00 am on the date of departure.


If arriving by bus, we will be happy to pick you up from the bus stop in Ortisei.

Payment

We consider the booking binding as soon as we have received a deposit of 30% of the entire price of the stay
We prefer cash for the rest of the amount. However, you can also pay with a credit card.

Local tax
In accordance with the government law of 14/01/2013, local tax was introduced in South Tyrol as of 01 January 2014 (tourist tax).
Local tax does not benefit businesses, but is charged by them. This tourist tax is not included in the price.
The fee per person (aged 14 or over) and night is €1.75 and is payable upon departure.

 

Cancellation policy

- P.S.: due to COVID-19 we have other conditions

  • Make sure to obtain cancellation insurance in case unexpected events happen before your journey. In case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, according to EU standards cancellation fees can be charged
  • As required by the Consumer Association, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
  • Cancellation policy: From 2 months to 1 month before arrival 50% of the total price will be calculated. From 1 month to the day before arrival and in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price will be calculated


Travel cancellation insurance

To avoid paying fees in such cases, we recommend taking out the  cancellation protection insurance, in order that these fees are taken over by the European Travel Insurance.
